   Bring water to a boil, then let it cool for 30 seconds. Submerge the mouthpiece for 20‑30 seconds until the silicone turns slightly translucent and pliable.

   Bite Down and Mould

   Carefully place the warm guard over your upper teeth, bite down firmly, and press your tongue against the front inner wall. Hold for one minute.

   Cool to Set the Shape

   Remove the guard and place it in cold water for five minutes. The silicone will harden exactly to your dental arch.

   Check the Airway Opening

   Insert the guard and confirm the small gap at the front remains open. You should be able to breathe through your mouth comfortably.
