- chopping garlic and onion by hand
- mincing meat without a machine
- small capacity of old choppers
- uneven chopping
Mince a Full Batch in One Pull
Tired of three rounds of garlic and uneven onion on a cutting board? Load 900ml of meat or veg and get finely minced prep with no outlet and no motor.
Pull once, mince the whole bowl

Pull the cord, skip the motor
Each pull drives the blade through whatever is in the bowl. There is no plug, no outlet and no motor housing to wipe down. Set it on the counter by the window and work wherever there is room for the bowl.

Five leaves, one clean cut
The updated blade is a five-leaf stainless spiral, with more cutting edges than the older three-leaf style. Garlic and onion come out evenly minced, and the bowl walls have multiple sections that keep food moving into the blade.

900ml, one batch
The bowl holds 900ml, more than double the 0.4L of old-style choppers. The graduated markings on the wall show exactly how full you are, so you fill to the line and mince one batch instead of three.
Everything you need to start mincing
- Transparent green bowl×1
900ml capacity with graduated markings
- Lid with pull handle×1
Central press button seats the lid before each pull
- Five-leaf spiral stainless blade×1

Lock the blade assembly onto the bowl
Rinse the blades, dry, and put away
- Rinse right after use
Warm water clears the bowl and blade before food dries on the edges.
- Dry before storing
Dry the five-leaf blade fully so the steel stays bright and the fit stays firm.
- Skip hot soaking
Soaking the blade in hot water can dull the edge and loosen the fit over time.
- Fill to the markings
Overfilling jams the blade and makes the pull stiff.

Questions and answers
It handles raw meat. Cut the meat into small cubes, fill the bowl up to the markings, and pull in short bursts, checking the texture between pulls. Firm vegetables work the same way when they are cut into small pieces first.
For a full batch, yes. Peeled cloves go from whole to finely minced in a few pulls, with no knife work and no board to clean up after. For a single clove, a knife is still quicker.
Lift the blade assembly out and rinse it under warm water right after use, then dry it before you put it away. Skip hot soaking. Sitting in hot water is the fastest way to dull the edge and loosen the fit.
The bowl holds 900ml, against 0.4L for old-style choppers. That is more than double the volume, so a batch of sauce base or stuffing that used to need three refills now goes in one.
The blade is stainless steel. Keeping it dry, rinsing it after each use and keeping it out of hot soaking water are what keep the edge and the fit working well over time.
You get the bowl, lid, five-leaf blade and assembly keys in one set, so nothing else needs buying to start. There is no motor to fail, no cord to fray and no power bill, and daily batch prep runs on your arm instead.
