How to get the most from each treatment

   Brush and dry your teeth

   Brush as normal, then let your teeth air-dry for 60 seconds before applying. Moisture between the strip and tooth surface weakens adhesion — dry enamel is the foundation of the no-slip grip.

   Open one treatment packet

   Each foil packet contains one upper strip and one lower strip. Peel the strip from its backing carefully — the gel side faces inward toward the teeth.

   Apply upper strip first

   Align the straight edge of the upper strip with your gumline, press firmly from front to back, and fold any excess behind the teeth. The grip adhesive will set on contact.

   Apply lower strip the same way

   Align, press, and fold. Both strips should now be flush against your tooth surfaces with no visible lifting at the edges.
