Two ports, both charging
The USB-C port runs Power Delivery and the USB-A port runs Quick Charge 3.0, so one outlet can power a phone and a tablet at the same time. Plug the phone into USB-C and the tablet into USB-A. The front face carries printed port labels, so you know which port does what before the cable goes in.
Plugs for three regions
The EU head has two round pins and sits fixed. The US head has folding flat prongs that tuck in neatly. A UK head is included too, so one adapter covers the outlets most travellers meet. Match the head to the socket and push it in until it seats flat.

The housing says 20W, so is this really a 12W charger?

Some units print 20W on the housing, while the listed rated output is 12W total, 5V 2.4A per port. Plan around 12W. Phones are the strongest fit for this adapter. A large tablet will fill more slowly than on a higher-wattage brick, so use a bigger charger for the tablet and keep this one as the fast spare.
Which plug fits my outlet, and will it stay secure?

Use the EU head with two round pins for most of Europe, the US head with folding flat prongs for American outlets, or the UK head included in the box. Push the head in until it seats flat. A loose or wobbly fit almost always means the wrong head for that socket.
